REFUND POLICY

Any goods that arrive damaged or in a faulty condition, will be replaced, credit given or the full cost of the item refunded in full, after they have been returned to us for inspection .This must be done within 14 days along with their original packaging. You will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods and it is recommended that you use a recorded delivery service. Refunds, for any other reason, will be given at the discretion of the company.

DELIVERY

Credit and debit card transactions will be sent within 48 hours Cheques will not be sent until funds have been cleared which take 3 to 5 days to clear. Your order will be sent by recorded delivery and if your order does not arrive e-mail us or telephone us and we will track your order.
